We are only the 4th LGU to achieve PRIME-HRM Level 2, and at >10,000 employees, we also happen to be the largest agency to date.
For Level 2, we institutionalized improvements in:
1. Recruitment, Selection & Placement (RSP)
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
3. Performance Management (PM) and
4. Rewards & Recognition (R&R).
Most of the programs for these 4 aspects are new for the city gov’t.
