PILOT RUN SA BRGY STA LUCIA 🏠 House-to-house visitation of our health workers, checkup and kumustahan, updating of prescriptions 🎒 With house-to-house delivery of maintenance medicines 🛺 Priority: mga pasyente ng health center na hindi makabisita sa center dahil sa karamdaman/kapansanan, 75 y.o. pataas, o malalayo sa center. 👵 170 initial beneficiaries in Sta Lucia.
