State of the City Address 2023: Patapos na eh..may nag-spark at umusok pa!! 😑😅 Pero ganyan talaga ang buhay kailangan mabilis mag-adjust. Safe na naman daw, pero tumigil ang sound system, kaya gamit ang LRAD (long range accoustic device), nag-closing na lang ako. 3 more things that i wasn't able to mention anymore: 1. In 2019 the inventory of assets had a discrepancy of roughly 25 BILLION PESOS. This 2023, the number is down to around 2 BILLION. (Combination of located, consumed, and lost.); 2. Our 10 Big projects for f.y. 2024 (next time); 3. In this 2nd Phase of Change (Pangalawang Yugto ng Pagbabago), the big projects are exciting, but the steady improvements and institutionalization of reforms are not as appealing. Just like rehabilitation & strengthening after a knee surgery (analogy used at the beginning), this is the more tedious if not boring part. At times, we may grow tired, but we take a step back and look at the big picture. Then, we continue to press forward, always keeping the vision of Good Governance beyond personalities close to our hearts. Mula sa in-city relocation hanggang sa pagbasag ng mga lumang kalakaran, ngayong "Panahon ng Pasigueño", patuloy nating gagawin ang sinasabi nila noon na "imposible".
