10. Promotion as an Alternative Route for pedestrians/bicycles. Including signages and ordinance for prohibition of motorized vehicles.
11. Upgrading of streetlights from 120 to 300 watts (ililipat yung mga 120 sa ibang lugar para di sayang).
12. Promotion as a local historical and cultural tourism destination.
