The initial structure started during the previous administration. However, there were things missing or that needed adjustments, including:
1. 12,000 niche doors (pic1) nagulat ako na wala ito sa orihinal na plano!;
2. Pasig Cemetery Office (pic2) (matagal sila sa container van)
3. Improvements to the bldg plans such as to fix the non-functional ramps also of the chapel (pic3);
4. Elevator (pic4);
5. Next, waterproofing & drainage.
Maganda ang proyekto pero magandang paalala na rin sa atin ng Engineering Dept kung bakit mas mahigpit tayo sa “proper planning” ngayon.

Sakto ang timing ng pagpapasinaya natin, bago mag-Undas. Handa na rin ang LGU IMT para sa Undas – mukhang magbabalik na sa 2019 volume ang tao.
