Pasig at UNDP: Pakikipagtulungan para sa Pamamahala ng Medikal na Basura
Pasig has entered into a partnership with UNDP Philippines and Chinese Embassy Manila , with support from DOH, for a program on MEDICAL WASTE MANAGEMENT. One of the biggest challenges since the pandemic. The agreement includes: 1. The introduction of an environment-friendly medical waste management system; 2. Autoclave unit to be placed at PCGH (will arrive later this year); 3. Capacity building on the use of a digital waste registry to monitor HCW production, processing, and disposal (with 4 tablets pre-loaded with the app).
