Good politicians can only take us so far. Para sa tunay na pag-asenso, kailangan nating itaas ang antas ng serbisyo publiko sa ating Pamahalaang Lungsod. Towards a bureaucracy that's Merit-based. Competent. Efficient. We are only the 4th LGU to achieve PRIME-HRM Level 2, and at >10,000 employees, we also happen to be the largest agency to date. For Level 2, we institutionalized improvements in: 1. Recruitment, Selection & Placement (RSP) 2. Learning & Development (L&D) 3. Performance Management (PM) and 4. Rewards & Recognition (R&R). Most of the programs for these 4 aspects are new for the city gov't. Yung mga magagandang repormang pinakilala natin sa HR, mas mararamdaman habang tumatagal.
